Minister Octavius Pearson was born December 19, 1967 in Detroit, Michigan. He is the 8th out of 10 siblings where all are still alive and blessed. Inspired by his mother's faith, hard work and determined spirit, Minister Pearson became determined himself to serve God.
He joined and became a member at Gospel Tabernacle Apostolic Church in Detroit, Michigan. He served in the choir, on the Deacon Board, on the Transportation Board, in the Men of Valor, and in the Men's Brotherhood. In 1995 God called Minister Pearson to preach the gospel and serve on the Ministerial Staff until relocating to Indianapolis, Indiana. He is continuing his work in the ministry service at Mt. Zion Apostolic Church in Indianapolis, IN under Bishop Lambert Wade Gates Sr.
After years of writing studies, God directed him to write five books. The first to be published is called "Love Changes" (A Fresh Start) - A relationship book designed to help marriages and soon to be married couples. The other writtings that will be coming out in the future are "Real Life Studies" - A 52 week devotional dealing with real life issues with biblical bases. "From The Scribe" - Informational studies designed to enhance the understanding for God's people. "Deep In Thought" - Studies that lead you on a journey through the Bible. And "Love Changes" (Total Package) - The sequel that shows the completion we all desire in and from our relationships.
Minister Pearson is the proud husband to Michelle and father to four wonderful children; Ronald, Devin, Delisha and Deonna.
