Under the head of Improvement of Parish property is entered the sum of $340, raised during the year by the Ladies' Guild of the Parish, including the last Easter offering, for a fund for building a Church.

The sum entered under "Communion Alms" represents the amount actually expended in alms and supplying the altar. The remaining part of the "alms" appears under other heads in this report.

Respectfully reports: That during the past conventional year he has been engaged in his duties as a Professor in Trinity College. He has occasionally officiated in Hartford and elsewhere when requested by the Clergymen in charge.

THE REV. E. C. GARDNER

Respectfully reports: That during the year he has officiated on nine Sundays-six in Brooklyn, L. I., and three in Nantucket, Mass.

THE REV. FRANCIS GOODWIN

Respectfully reports: That he has continued to conduct the services on Sunday afternoons at the Watkinson Juvenile Asylum and Farm School; and that he has administered the Holy Communion, preached and officiated otherwise as there has been occasion.

THE REV. ALEXANDER HAMILTON

Respectfully reports: That at Eastertide he resigned the rectorship of Emmanuel Parish, Weston, and now resides at Norwalk, Conn., where he has assisted the Rev. S. B. Pond, Rector of St. Paul's Church.

THE REV. SAMUEL HART, D.D.

Respectfully reports: That during the past year he has been engaged in his duties as Professor of the Latin Language and Literature in Trinity College. He has officiated regularly in the College Chapel, and has served as a Chaplain of the Missionary Society of the College, and of the Guild of St. Barnabas for Nurses; and has also officiated on the mornings of ten Sundays and Christmas-day in Grace Church, Newington, on the afternoons of twenty-seven Sundays in the Hartford Hospital, and elsewhere as he has been able. He has celebrated the Holy Communion forty-one times, and
