Let us therefore with an humble Confidence, befeech God to graft his Heavenly Wisdom in our Hearts, that we may have juft Apprehenfions of this, and another State, that he wou'd take from us the Spirit of this World, and fill us with his own; and although our Sins have provoked him to lay afide his Bowels of Mercy, yet let us Pray, that Goodnefs may overcome Justice, and that he will still be a most merciful and forgiving God.

Let us lay hold on the Cross of the Blessed Jefus, for Salvation is the Fruit of his Sufferings.

Let the Love of Christ, in giving himself for our Redemption, be a powerful Obligation upon us to Live to him, who died for us; and let us return to our God, fince there is Mercy for repent
