'HE Bookfeller, defigning to publish as

T compleat an Edition of Paradise Loft,

as poffible, would likewise have printed Mr. ADDISON'S Notes thereon; but that he was fenfible that most polite Readers are already furnished with the Spectators, or else will furnish themselves with those that are done by Mr. ADDISON alone, which the Publisher hath now on the Prefs, and will be speedily published to perfect his whole Work; and therefore would not put them to the Expense of Duplicates: But to fave them the Trouble of looking over all the Volumes, he has thought it proper to refer to the feveral Spectators wherein the Criticisms on MILTON are contain'd.No. 267. 273. 279.-285. 297. 303. 309, 315. 321. 327. 333. 339. 345. 35I. 357. 363. 369.
