*L. S.* fifty-second yet of the indeverdence of the United States of ****** America, A. D. 1828, JACOB JE JAREWAY, (in behalf of the executors of the Rev. Joseph Eastburn) of the said district, has deposited in this office the title of a Book, the right whereof they claim as Proprietors, in the words following, to wit: ucun “ Memoir of the Ret.. Joseph Eastburrt stated Preacher in the Mariner's
Church, Philadelphia: who departed shis life January 30th, 1828. By Ashbel Green, D. D.”
In Conformity to the Act of the Congress of the United States, entitled, " An Act for the encouragement of Learning, by securing the copies of Maps, Charts, and Books, to thc Authors and Proprietors of si'ch copies during the times therein mentioned." And also to the Act entita d., “An Act supplementary to an Act, entitled 'An Act for the Encourageluant of Learning, by securing the copies of Maps, Charts, and Books, to the Authors and Proprietors of such copies, during the times therein mentioned,' and extending the benefits thereof to the arts of designing, engraving, and etching, historical and other Prints."
