7 ver. 26 ver.

“ And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock, and of the fat thereof.

And the Lord had respect unto Abel Gen. and to his offering.

4 Ch. Then began men to call on the name of the Lord.

That he might seek for the preserving of his soul, till the fulness of the time and times, lest the second death should have power over his soul. And then, the way should be opened to the tree of life; his blood should be inade flesh; of which there was a figure in each of the three generations, or three times : each time being two thousand years between; Enoch for the first generation : he walked in this light, and the gate was opened

Gen. to him, and he took of the tree of life, 5 Ch. and his body saw not death, but “God 24 ver. took him,” which renewed the fulness of the covenant of the preserving of the tree of life for the first dispensation, which was two thousand years, which was for a witness of the fulness of the Spirit before the flood.(a)

And every man borroweth his light from that tree, as the earth borroweth her light from the sun, which is given by measure till the sixth day, which is the last thousand years of the six.

(@) For at the fulness of times those that are prepared for it will receive the fulness of the Spirit, which will always rest on them, which is the partial redemption till they have done the work, of which the body of Jesus was set the figure, when he came out of the River Jordan; and the same by the disciples when Christ breathed on them, and said, “ Ro ceive ye the Holy Ghost,” (See John, 20th chapter, 22nd verse.) That the Spirit never left them, till it had done the will of God by them; thoy being born of it, it bearing them from evil.

ver.

Then “God looked upon the earth, ,

Gen, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh 6 Ch. had corrupted his way upon the earth : 12---13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them: and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.”

But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.

. “ And all flesh died: And Noah only

7 Ch. remained alive, and they that were with 21---23 him in the ark.” Being eight persons.

The third day. The law and covenant

for the preserving of the soul.

ver.

And God said unto Abraham, “I will

Gen, establish my covenant with thee. This 17 Ch. is my covenant: That every man-child 1---22 among you shall be circumcised. And the uncircumcised man-child, whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people: he hath broken

my covenant. And he gave the law unto Moses.

And he commanded them to slay animals and burn them, for the remission of their sins, for the salvation of their souls; and he gave them a token that he accepted them.

And there came a fire out from before Ley. the Lord, and consumed upon the altar, 9 Ch. the burnt-offering and the fat.”

And said, “Keep my law, and ye shall live.” Which proves this life which dwelleth in light, by Elijah, the gate being opened to him, and he took of the tree of 18 c 5v life, and his body saw not death, but he 2 Kings " went up by a whirlwind into heaven." |2cllv, Which was for a witness for the second dispensation, being two thousand years.

4th ARTICLE. The fourth Day. The coming of the

woman's seed which was named Jesus by the Angel.

16 ver

In the fourth day, "God made two great lights ; the greater light to rule Gen. the day, and the lesser light to rule the 1 Ch. night : he made the stars also.

And Isaiah prophesied, saying, “The Lord himself shall give you a sign; Be- Isaiah, hold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a 7 Ch. son, and shall call his name Immanuel," 14 ver, which being interpreted is God with us.

The angel of the Lord appeared unto Mary, and said unto her,

6. Thou Luke, shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring | i Ch. forth a son, and thou shalt call his name 26---35 Jesus: the Holy Spirit shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee; therefore, also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.”

straightway coming up out of the water, Luke, and praying, the heaven was opened, and 3 Ch the Holy Spirit descended in a bodily 21---23 shape, like a dove upon him. And John the Baptist bare record, saying, “ I saw John, the Spirit descending from heaven, like 1 Ch. a dove, and it abode upon him: and saw 32--34 and bare record that this was the Son of Mark, God.” His light then became as the 1 Ch. light of the moon, which is a greater 9&10 light than the morning star.

“Now when John had heard in the prison the works of Christ he sent two of his disciples, and said unto him, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for Matt another ? and Jesus answered and said

11 Ch. unto them, Go and shew John again those 2-5 things which ye do hear and see: The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them."
