Shelly has a BS in Business Administration and an MS in Kinesiology specializing in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. She is a certified post-rehabilitation therapist, state certified massage therapist, certified in group fitness, Pilates matwork, CORE Training, and Systematic TOUCH Training.
