in a Mortal State, they would never have said, Th u hast made us Kings and Priests, and we fall reign on the Earth; yea their saying, And we shall reign on the Earth, is a plain Evidence that they did not then reign. Thirdly, if we take this song prophetically, that the Time of their singing it will not be until that great Day of Christ's perfonal Coming with all the Saints; then the Argu-, ment will still be of great weight, that they have not yet reigned as Kings and Priests on the Earth : But that now the Time is come wherein they shall reign; and therefore they warble forth this song, ye they fhail fing, all the Saints then, in such high and elevated Strains, as will make the Heavens and the Earth to ring; saying, Worthy is the Lamb that was pain, and bath redeemed us to God by bis Blood, out of every Kindred, Tongue, and People and Nation; and hath made us unto our God Kings and Priests : And we shall reign on the Earth. From the whole of what hath been said it doth evidently appear that tho' the Saints now are by pure and foveraign Grace, made Kings and Priests unto God, they haven t, nor yet do reign as Kings; but the Time will certainly come, when they shall reign as Kings and Priests on the Earth; which will not be until Christ's glorious and personal Coming from Heaven, when the Dead Saints fhall be raised and the Living changed into a State of Immortality. Then they shall reign during all the Time of the Thousand Years, and Continuation of the last Fudge. ment ; until the Lord Jesus Christ Thall have delivered up that Kingdom of his Mediatorship, and himself, subject as Man, uinto his Father, and so be swallowed up in the Kingdom of the Eternal Hea

out, Behold what manner of Love is this that the Father bath bestowed upon us, that we fhuald be called the Sons of God; and that we now are so, tho' it doth pot yet appear, neither will, until that day when we Ihall be like Je 4 Corilt, when we firall jëe him as be is, and appear with him in Glory; Oh what an Extasy and Ravishment of Spi it will the Sainis all of them be filled with, when they shall actually bein the full and perfect fruition of that inexpressible Blessedness! How will their Hearts be filled with eternal Joys of inconceivable Wondeis! Is it not an Honour then to be a Child of God ? Oh sure a greater Honour than to be in the possession of all the Crowns, Thrones, and Kingdoms of this World (without Christ ! ) Is it not an Honour to be invested with all the Privileges and Dignities of Sons? Is it not an Honour to be made Kings and Priests unto God? For to reign with God and Christ, both in Earth and Heaven ? To be as Kings to reign, and as Priests to offer up continual Sacrifices of Praise and eternal Thanksgiving? Will it not be an Honour and Dignity to sit with Christ upon his Throne, in his Kingdom, to judge the World, and also to judge the Angels? Will it not be an Honour to be in the presence of the King of Glory? To be for ever with the Lord ? To see his Face, and to have his Name (the Lord our Righteousness) engraven upon our Foreheads ? Will not this be an Honour for the Saints to be made Poffeffors of the eternal Fountain of the Deity, and to be in the enjoyment of this unto Eternal Ages? Sure it will: The greatest Honour that can by the Lord Jehovah be bestowed upon Creatures : Which Honour have all the Saiņts, praise ye the Lord.
