O God of my Fathers, and Lord of mercy, who hast made all things by thy word.
Give me wisdom that sitteth by thy throne, and reject me not from among thy Children.
O send her out of thy holy heavens, and from the throne of thy glory, that being present with me, she may labour with me, that I may know what is pleasing unto thee. .

And after all that is come upon us for our evil deeds, and for our great trespasses, O God, thou hast punished us much less than our iniquities deserve.
Howbeit that thou art just in all that is brought upon us, for thou hast done right, but we have done wickedly:
