BY-LAWS:

ICLE I.-The Officers of this Society shall be a President, Vice-P ding Secretaries, a Recording Secretary, a Treasurer, and a B ors, who shall be chosen annually, as hereinafter described; and in on, the Directors already chosen shall hold their offices till their

ICLE II.—Any person may become a member of this Society by ly to its funds. GENERAL PRINCIPLES.
