23 Y la ciudad no tiene necesidad 23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof. e sol, ni de luna paraque resplanezcan en ella, porque la claridad e Dios la ha alumbrado, y el Corero es su antorcha. 24 Y las gentes de aquellos que on salvos andarán en la luz de lla, y los reyes de la tierra llevaán á ella su gloria, y honra. 25 Y sus puertas no serán cerraas de dia porque no habrá allí oche. 26 Y llevarán la gloria y el hoor de las gentes á ella. 27 Y no entrará en ella ninguna osa inmunda, ni ninguno que coneta abominacion ni mentira ; sino olamente los que estan escritos en 1 libro de la vida del Cordero. Y CAPITULO XXII. ME mostró un rio limpio de agua viva, clara como cristal, ue salía del trono de Dios y del Cordero. 2 En medio de su plaza, y de la ina, y de la otra parte del rio, el irbol de la vida, que dá doce fruos, en cada mes su fruto, y las hojas del arbol para sanidad de las gentes. 3 Y no habrá alli jamás maldiion: sino que el trono de Dios, y lel Cordero estarán en ella, y sus siervos le servirán. 4 Y verán su cara, y su nombre Pestará en sus frentes. 5 Y allí no habrá jamás noche, y no tienen necesidad de luz de antorcha, y de la luz del sol, porque el Señor Dios los alumbrará y reynará por los siglos de los siglos. 6 Y me dijó: estas palabras son fieles y verdaderas. Y el Señor Dios de los santos Profetas ha enviado su ángel, para mostrar á sus 24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it. 25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there. 26 And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it. 27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life. CHAPTER XXII. AND he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. 2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. 3 And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: 4 And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads. 5 And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever. 6 And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his ser |
