Le Français Dans Le Village Global: Manuel de Lecture Et D'écriture

Conceived as a pedagogical tool for advanced and intermediate courses in French as a second language, Le Français dans le village global is a reading and writing manual which uses the communicative method. The manual has six chapters which, through a wide variety of topical texts and literary extracts, trace the cultural history of the French language from its origins to its multicultural status in the world today. The exercises which accompany the texts are closely linked to the content, and aim to develop learning strategies for writing, reading, and learning grammatical structures.
